産みの苦しみを英語にしてみました!こんな表現になりました!!

Q: How would you interoperate this in your business?

A: Harsh environment or difficulties would allow us to struggle with our Karmas. By the way, I have no children. I took therapy sometime before, but it did not work and my husband and I decided not to pursue the result. Recently, I have been pondering the fact and its implications, “How come I have no children.”

On the other hand, looking at my work and responsibilities, we have been involved in significantly important development project in Japan. Until now, there have been several critical issues. Once the issue has been solved, another one has appeared. I have experienced several moments when I doubt this project no longer works, isn’t this project going to stop as it is?

Q: How have you overcome such obstacles?

A: Fortunately, I have had a good business partner for this project. Every crisis, we have discussed this project over and over again. He has suggested from different angles/ solutions for every single issue that we have encountered. I have limited knowledge and experience. I haven’t been good at anticipating future and making a quick decision. However, this partner has followed up properly to keep the project running smoothly. And this person has taken the lead and is leading each and every one of the difficulties.

Q: So you have got a good mentor to deal with tough tasks, haven’t you?

A: Yes, interestingly, I have started thinking like that. What I am doing now is feeling “the pain of giving birth.”

Physically, I could not have a child who has our DNA. But I am now involved in “creating” projects that are very important for the next generation. Isn’t it exactly my life’s role to give birth of innovative creature to the next generations?

Thanks to our partner who is struggling with the challenges of this project, I have been involved in such a wonderful work, indeed. I really appreciate him. I can experience the pain for giving birth. In other words, this can be taken as my Karma to be solved in my life.

Q: Is there another example that you find the Karma?

A: Yes, there is. The other day, I met a Japanese real estate investment adviser. His nick name is Rocky. Rocky Wildmoor, sounds like Rocky Balboa, as he has a good fighting spirit. Rocky is 100% Japanese, though.

Rocky has been involved in developing a crowd funding business. Rocky said the regulations towards the business that the authority has required have been very demanding and strict. They are so demanding and to comply with all the requirements, our business model may end up costly, making it difficult to leave profits in this business.

Q: So, under such difficulties, why has Rocky been so keen on developing that crowd funding business?

A: Rocky responded to me, “After all, I want to do something to contribute to the growth of our society. We really want to do business that not only benefit us but does the other Japanese people. I trust this scheme allows people to feel real estate investment convenient and attractive. In a nutshell, we really want to democratize real estate investment.

Q: What do you think about Rocky’s vision? Do you think he is ambitious?

A: In particular, I think the business that Rocky is about to launch would bring a great influence on the future wealth creation for Japanese people. I think Rocky has also been suffering from a pain of giving birth. To develop his idea to the actual business platform, I think Rocky and his team will have to overcome a lot of difficulties. But I think Rocky and I, are supposed to have some mission to be completed in this world, let’s say them as Karma. Through those missions, while feeling pains of giving birth to the world, we have been learning something very important to enrich our lives.

I think Rocky has overcome a lot of difficulties so far. Therefore, sooner or later, despite of any obstacles imposed by the authority, he would be able to achieve his goals. That’s for sure encouraging me to face with my own pain to give birth.
