人生の方程式、これも英語で？
世の中って不公平だよなぁ、悪い奴ほどいい思いをしている・・・

前回お話をした、日本文、 稲盛和夫氏の「京セラフィロソフィー」から抜粋しました。
「私自身が立派な考え方や人生観というものを持っていなければ、決して人を惹きつけることはできないだろう。だから、立派な経営をしていくためには、私自身の考え方・人生観・哲学というものを磨いていかなければいけないのではないかと思ったわけです。」
さて、これを英語にしてみましょう。
私はこんな英語を使ってみました。
At the very beginning stage of Kyocera, Mr. Inamori’s company, he believed that if he had not been the most respectable leader, no one would have followed him, so in order for him to perform best as the management, he had to have the better thoughts, mindset, and philosophy.
さて次の日本文です
考え方こそが人生を大きく左右する
「人生・仕事の結果＝考え方×熱意×能力」
「つまり考え方がネガティブだと、結果は必ずマイナスになるのです。一方、あの人は学校も出ていないし、たいした教養もない、だけど仕事熱心で、人柄もいい」という人が立派な会社を経営しているというケースはいくらでもあります。それはなぜか、多くの人が大したことはないと思っていても、考え方というものが大きな影響を及ぼしているに違いないと私は思いました。本来「考え方」とは大変大事なことだと私は思っています。その立派な考え方で人生を歩こうではありませんか。
京セラフィロソフィにはこのようなことが書いてあります。
ここまでを英語にしてみましょう
Especially the mind set would definitely affect your life. As said success formula tells you:
The outcome of your life = capability x passion x mindset
Among above three terms, capability and passion can be varied over the positive range. However, the mindset can be ranked from minus 100 to plus 100, and this ,of course, affects most the performance of your life. No matter how smart guy he is, as long as he is always occupied with negative or vicious thoughts, his life would end up with some deficit. No matter less educated he is, if he works hard, diligent, gentle and full of compassion towards others, he can create a well-performing company. What’s the difference we found between those two guys? Unfortunately, quite a few people pay attention to this but the mind-set is significantly important in our lives. Thus, Mr. Inamori said that he believes the most influential item to manage your life is our mind-set. Mr. Inamori also encourages his people to maintain better mind-set than you used to have.
This is the message he incorporated into Kyocera Philosophy.
